It's not easy learning three positions, but if anyone can do it, I think he can. Some keys about Flores and company that I am excited to see so far are: 1) He and his staff are teachers who have very, very high expectations. I get that the players are going to say good things about their coach because they want a job. However, I do get the feeling that they are sincere and really like our new staff. 2) I am taking this key from what I have seen watching Belichick on youtube. If you watch him, something that he is looking for during training camp is, are the players coming together as a team. Who they had last year doesn't make any difference. Are we a team this year? I think Flores has brought the same mentality to the Dolphins. Do we have a group of individuals, or are our guys a team? To me, this concept will be paramount for us moving forward in the years ahead.
