I have some flexibility after grabbing Donald, and there are a couple great scheme fits available who I think bring more value as the pair than Clowney alone considering Seattle places a greater emphasis on versatility, multiple fronts, and rotating bodies along the Dline than on single individual efforts. Otherwise I wouldn't have let Clowney go.
Won't be from me. People have been sniffing around my 2nd rounder all night. Not going to happen. Beauty of having multiple picks like this....just sit back and survey the field.
Yup. I wanted to give myself the best shot at landing an impact pressure guy since my D-line was dismantled, and the best chance of making that happen outside of landing the #1 pick was to have the #2 pick with Clowney still on the board. But even that wasn't a sure thing so I grabbed the #11 pick as a safeguard [for Aaron Donald]. Since both of them happened, I now have some flexibility to work with and have enough pass rush presence with Von Miller, Wake, and Donald that I could get more net value out of splitting Clowney into two top defenders.
Derek Carr is shockingly still on the board if anyone wants to leapfrog a few of the QB needy teams drafting after me. Just sayin.

In all honesty, had it not been for the fact that I have now four outside pass rushers on my squad, Michael Sam would have been a target of mine in the fourth.

It's only courtesy, but really it doesn't matter with such a small active group. Sure everyone has a different value/draft list it shouldn't matter. Where are the Kipers?
