McAdoo is one thing, but I think Kubiak, Shanahan Jr., and Lazor all suggest an increased interest in running the ball.

Everything I have read about her before this whole kerfuffle began was that Ireland chooses the players and Aponte assessed her own value of the player. So if were talking about your comment on 'overpaying' then yes she would apply.

Regardless this was again about money and not over the actual signing of him. Even with the average Aponte is the one who structured it in such a way that it's essentially a 3 year $15 million deal. Which would have been a steal if they hadn't changed his role on defense. Hopefully either Coyle learns to play to Jones strengths or Jones improves and adapts to Coyle's system. One has to budge.

As far as Grimes goes...I stand behind what I said. Once Sam and Verner re-sign before FA the class is going to look a lot like 2013's FA class at CB in actual free agency.

I wonder which one determined the value on Ellerbe and Wheeler so we'd overpay for both?
