Game total for Thursday college football games seem a bit low.... Here are the lines TCU -6.5 vs Texas O/U 56.5 LSU -2.5 vs Texas A&M O/U 50 More confident that the TCU/Texas game will go over more than the second game.
My +7 Sacramento Kings pick is working out good... almost picked Miami Heat +6 but then I thought, that's a homer pick, won't do it. Glad I didn't, was debating it for an hour which way to go.
Not feeling any of the lines/props for the Detroit/Chicago game.. will likely wait for halftime.. Though with nationally televised games going Over at 78% this season... I might get tempted to take Over 46 in the last minute..
My Thanksgiving Day cheap bets: 1) Dallas -6 1/2 Alternate point spread. Reasoning, I think this is a lot like the GB game for the Eagles. I dont trust Sanchez or their defense. 2) First score of Detroit/Chicago: Bears FG prop bet. 3) Parlay: Seattle +1, Dallas -3, Lions -7 4) Bears +7 I placed #4 because if it wins, I'll break even. If it loses it keeps my Parlay in order. If it falls on the spread...no harm.
I've been hitting NBA halftime lines at a high rate, last night went 3-0. The full spread/total game in the NBA is way too tough, I'm 3-1 this season on the spread in full games but I only bet when I'm absolutely 150% feeling that the spread/total is going to cover... I mean it's been a month and I've only betted on full games 4 times.. But on second half lines, I'm killing it.

That's why I stayed away, these two quarterbacks are so inconsistent, they can play elite one quarter, then they **** the bed another quarter, then play elite again. Just flip a coin 10 times for 10 drives and that's the way they will show up.

Props failed but that second half pick was easy. Jason Garrett was sooo conservative in the first half, run run pass run run pass.. if you think you're going to keep up with Philadelphia like that, with your porous defense... not happening.
Only pick I'm comfortable with today is -9 Navy @ South Alabama, Navy has been on a tear lately scoring 51, 41, 39, 52 the last four games, 39 on Notre Dame, and South Alabama has averaged like 13 ppg the last few weeks. Navy would be the best defense they faced all year. Then there are a few toss ups, Western Kentucky @ Marshall, I like WK +24.. but you don't have to dig very deep to realize Western Kentucky is a terrible road team. Not to mention their defense is one of the worst in the country. They can score super high points, Doughty can definitely play quarterback.. Haven't decided yet what I'll do.. I think Rice is a better team than WK yet Marshall beat them by 27 not long ago.
Also like NIU +7 @ Western Michigan... these two teams are on the top of the MAC... NIU has owned Western Michigan the past couple of years... but it is the MAC... the conference where 7 points really means .5
