Being a UCLA fan i would love this. The last month or 2 Ayers has disappeared though. I dont know exactly why(im no guru) rumors is he had turf toe or maybe its the opposing D mainly focusing on him with double teams. But he looked like an average OLB the last 5-6 games and not the monster i figured he'd be.

He just twitted earlier today that he has to make his toughest decision ever soon.

Ayers is good as gone IMO.

The UCLA coaches are not always pleased with Ayers and they have made that clear. They have said numerous times that his motor is not always at 100%.

Yep, heard the same but the issue is that they don't know what's going to happen with his foot. I've heard he may not be able to run but that has not been confirmed..

Bad motor as in lacking the stamina and endurance to maintain a high level?...... or bad motor as in lack of dedication and laziness?

Coaches say laziness. I recall seeing it when watching UCLA - Stanford.

Ouch..... I'd have to take him off my board with laziness issues. (no offense vmarcilfan) :knucks:

Ok, so it's back to trading up for AJ Green. :shifty:

I personally don't touch 1st round guys with an inkling of laziness issues. What's to stop them from staying lazy once they get paid is my motto.

How envious would you guys be to see Suh paired up with DaQuan next year? The Lions would immediately become my 2nd favorite team to watch.

In the Herald, Tim Harris is now saying that his son Brandon is leaning toward staying in school. That would be a blow. He'd fight with Amukamara and Peterson for top CB in the draft.

Not in my book he wouldn't.

Obviously UCLA coaches know Ayers better than I do, but he never seems lazy to me.

John Bender, G - Nevada. Just throwing that out there as an excellent technician. Not great on the move, but super technique.

And Virgil Green the TE - terrific blocker.

Justin Blackmon says he hasn't even thought about coming out.

    Which means he is.

I don't know if I've seen a WR be so in control of his body at every stage of the route, as I have with Justin Blackmon.

i would most of the time believe the coaches but Neuheisel had no clue why the leading RB (Johnathan Franklin) had 1 carry in the 2nd half of the SC game.

some fans are complaining that the strength and conditioning Coach sucks.
I did see a couple times where Ayers looked to me like he gave up and didnt chase the guy down. Now was it because he had no chance to catch the RB or was just winded. i have no clue

Doesn't he. What a prospect he is. He, Alshon Jeffrey, Greg Childs, Ryan Broyles and AJ Green were the best wideouts I saw this season.

Do you see Johnson-Koulianos? What a douche.

The more I watch him play, the more I think Von Miller is just a fantastic player. I know we're set at OLB with Wake and Misi......but I'd find it hard to pass up on Miller. But then there's a load of players I'd find it hard to pass up on, on defense, so.......

Is he an elite #2 possession WR in the NFL or his he a Reggie Wayne 2.0?.... and do you feel he has enough juice to satisfy our need as a vertical threat?

That sounds way too simle. He thinks Devlin will be the next Brady, but doesn't think anyone else feels the same way and he'll be there in the 20s? I guess it's possible that's true, but sounds a little hard to believe.

The trading back and picking up another 2nd seems very possible, but trading back is always easier said than done.

So then why don't we just take him in the 6th? :shifty:

This offense needs more weapons, a new OC, and a solidified Oline & better ground game before it needs to spend a 1st on a QB.

Trade back our 1st..... grab Blackmon with it. Grab Hunter in the 2nd. DJ Williams, Kendricks, or Paulson in the 3rd. Greg Little in the 4th. Mankins in FA. Done. :shifty:

Blackmon becomes our 2, Hart becomes the 4, and Little easily becomes the 5.... and Wallace can put the diapers back on & develop on the PS where he belongs.

With the right OC, we could easily mix up schemes and formations with this kind of lineup........ as well as create all sorts of match-up problems and give defenses fits in the process.

I'm not going to say the story is true. I'll just say that Pat Devlin's upside mobility in the draft is capped, and if I were looking at drafting him, I would see no incentive to keep everything a big secret. The fact of the matter is when you have a guy coming from Delaware, teams aren't going to draft him high unless he's 6'6" and 240 lbs with great feet and a moon cannon for an arm...oh wait...that guy just came out in 2008...and he went at the bottom of the 1st round, too.

    See my point?

There's only so far you can climb when the highest level of competition you've faced is William & Mary. But that doesn't necessarily stop draftniks from being sold on a guy.

Jonathan Baldwin has declared. Quite boldly. And given the big F U to Dave Wannstedt and his staff in the process.

For as much as I dinged him this year, the man has a legitimate gripe. He ran decoy routes most of the year and Tino Sunseri SUUUUUCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKSSSSSSSS, so of course he couldn't get it to him much on those deep plays, when Dave Wannstedt's conservative offense would even allow for them to be called of course.

I think he needs to lose a little bit a weight, get leaner and quicker again, and he can still absolutely be the guy that Simon and I fell madly in love with prior to this year.

There is some RECEIVER TALENT in this draft lemme tell ya. Don't know what Justin Blackmon is going to do but I assume guys like A.J. Green and Julio Jones are going to come out. If Justin Blackmon joins them, you have Jon Baldwin to add to it, Leonard Hankerson...all kinds of good players.

Cam Newton in the first, Hankerson in the 2nd (hopefully having that pick) would just about do it for me.

I don't know. I liked Dez more, as I like his ability with the ball in his hands more, but Blackmon is certainly close. He's a monster I'd love to have on this team.

Again though, I've seen like 3x as much of Dez in college as I did Justin.

And now Baldwin is backing off...

But, let's be real here. He's coming out. He's just sorry that he badmouthed Pitt in the process and realized that was a dumb thing for him to say.

I have no problem with picking Von Miller if on the board! Misi can play Inside and also outside on passing downs. Misi can still contribute, but I think hes best fit inside.
