        I think my time has passed on that bourbon, my meds"costly bastards" don't give me much leeway for those things anymore but thanks for the offer.

      I am afraid we missed the opportunity... The Bishop is sending me to a little town out near Thomasville... That is a long drive to Savannah and we have to get it and go. Sorry, Gunner.. Time seems to disappear very rapidly these days.

        Roger That. AS soon as we get settled in and get the address correct, I will shoot it to you. All I know about it now is that it is a little east of Thomasville... the best part is that my wife and I love Thomasville, and that is close to Tallahassee - which I also love. Will contact you as soon as I am up and running after June 13.

        I visit my Daughter and Family in Havana Fla and pass thru Thomasville, also have Family in Valdosta so getting to you will be no problem ... as long as the old Dodge girl holds up. ;)

      Hey, Guns... How are you doing. It feels like we haven't had to talk in a long time. I am now retired (officially) as a pastor, and have a "Retired Elder" Church right on. Now, how far west of Savannah are you. We are down in a place called Surrency on the map just outside of Glennville on the W side of Ft. Stewart. Do you know a place we can sit and scarf down some coffee near you??

      Ron... this is Rick...
      I got your message last year when I was going through some real deep problems. Still have the problems, and more, but my counselor has me almost ready to be human again. I was dealing with clinical depression following heart surgery, then some legal trouble my oldest son got himself and our youngest son into - and it is far deeper than that surface explanation. We are still in the Macon area, but I am coming up for reappointment this year after a year off to handle the worst of the problems, and don't know where I will end up, but a supervisor in Savannah wanted us last year, and may still want us this year. I'll keep you advised.

      Now, is that smiling young 2nd class in your avatar you, and if so what bird farm is that sig picture from?? I chased a few of those around the North Atlantic and Med for a few years a couple of eons ago, it seems.
