Hey, like I have said . . . . I understand "why" the team may keep him in the end . . . . but I wont be mad at all if he is gone . . . because if he struggles early next year . . . it will be the LONGEST season he has ever seen.

I still wanna see Cam overcome some adversity and win a DAMN game . . . stop teaching and start coaching.

If I were cameron I think that Car Club is looking like it'd be a far more enjoyable club to belong to at this point.

    Couple of thoughts

First I am a believer that players make a team period, good/great coaching matters at points in time during a game or season, but players make the difference.
That being said players also recognize coaching talent and when a coach is in over his head players know, Nick Saban was disliked as a person but "respected" as a coach and while he had a modest won/lose record his coaching talent(perhaps now more than before)was appreciated by players.
From all that I have read and witnessed I feel the dolphin players dont respect Cam Camerons coaching ability, and IMO rightfully so.

One more point on the article about Bill Walsh and his first season often times a coach is simply judged on w/L record however how his team plays week to week is a sign of his coaching talents something Bill Walsh did early in Joe Montana's rookie season was play him in "every game" just a series here and there but he PLAYED evey game this allowed Montana to get a feel for the NFL, one of Camerons biggest disappointments is his handling of John Beck
it would appear that even now 13 games into his rookie season Beck is not yet ready for the NFL.
While the jury is still out on John Beck I think for me the decission is in on Cameron he must go!
