    B.J. Penn is a great, great champion. Very consistent, unlike a lot of past champions. fantastic dissection of sanchez

    it looked like they were fighting at two different speeds. BJ was loose, comfortable, and just picked Diego apart. i thought BJ would win, but in a war. he won effortlessly. my buddy commented after round 4 that BJ was not even sweaty.

    not making excuses for him, because i am not a fan, but Sanchez looked almost sickly at that weight.

    I thought Diego looked in the best shape of his career. I also think when BJ caught him early in the match it changed the whole outlook of the match. We were joking before the match that BJ would knock that snarl right off his face, and no joke, he did. I think mentally, the more they fought, they more Sanchez was defeated.
