yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!henne creating a play out of nothing instead of throwing it away. go on with your bad self little ben
unfortunately crowder came over after. probably said "dont worry, i miss plays all game long. no biggie"
It's not really all the rooks fault Padre. They have to cover man on man because we don't have a single safety that can run with a receiver. Our secondary is a calamity of missing parts much like our receiving corps.
No it wasnt. It was a good no call IMO. All Aiken did was reach up and grab the ball, he didnt shove smith, nothing... Smith bobbled it, Aiken took it off the back of his helmet. It happens. Like simms said, if the roles were reversed, and Aiken was the DB, its PI. But we play in an offensive driven/favored league... it is what it is.
Sparano looks pretty pissed about us burning a TO here... rightfully so. Its ridiculous how often we waste them
Smith wasn't "outmuscled," he was physically assaulted. Smith deserves no blame on that play. He had position, and Aiken interfered with him, and they didn't call it. Posted via Mobile Device
Hey..Smith's a rookie...he's in perfect position to make a play...he will learn some nuances at CB....he's also not played CB that long...lol...almost the opposite of Ginn... I love our two rook CB's
Hopefully the defense can make 1-2 more stops because our offense has been able to drive down on the Patsies once we started throwing it.
Guys...I know there are things to be bummed with this season.... But you gotta feel good with the overall critical areas of our team....we do have a foundation...we just have some cracks to fill now...
Both were going up for the ball, SS merely forgot that he has to muscle up and fight for the ball, this isn't Utah, you have to attack the ball, not wait for it.
Yeh...Henne will get the experience with that...and learn to touch pass it after he sees an open reciever...
It will remain a mystery. The staff is siding with the talent that they know we have. They know little about Clemons and Culver's recognition of formations and patterns and they probably have their doubts about the corners ability to stretch the mental aspect of the game. I don't see your duo getting in the game until we are officially out of the playoff hunt.
Maybe, we did need that FG, when we do score a TD that can be the margin of victory. More Cam Wake please.
3rd and 6... come on D. get off the field. and Vick has his first TD... how fitting that its against the Falcons
Brady has been drilled on every deep ball he's thrown which is a positive. The negative is that's the first one he hasn't completed but at least he's getting hit.
