Williams and Mustain were high school team mates whose head coach was hired to run the offense at Arkansas and was promised to them they would be running their HS offense. Things didn't go that way the Wildcat was prevalent and the group felt lied to. Malzahn went to Tulsa because of this and the others transferred out. So I am going to have to say it wasn't that he wasn't getting the ball enough.

dont write off WR danario alexander. Alot of people had due to extensive injury history but he's back and producing every week it seems in a big way. big size guy with huge production. should be considered strongly by this regime in the 3rd round. He is what we hope Pat Turner will become. If we give up on Turner this is definitely an option. Depending on how he finished the year, how his knee chacks out, how he times he might even sneak into 2nd round. right now i would bet 3rd

Golden Tate single-handedly gave Notre Dame a chance to win against Pitt. Fourth quarter he catches the ball around the five yard line and fights his way into the endzone. Notre Dame 16 Pitt 27. Then a three and out later he takes a punt to the house. Notre Dame 22 Pitt 27. Then penalties and a fumble did Notre Dame in. Tate finished the night with 9 receptions for 113 yards and 2 touchdowns. I really hope this kid declares.

Awesome inside info. Good to hear that Williams is not a bad egg. Unfortunately he's injured. High-ankle sprain suffered against ASU. Plus he's got the USC wideout/NFL bust curse to contend with. That being said he looks like an excellent wideout and return man.

I'm adding T.J. Ward the safety from Oregon to my wish list. He was lights out against Arizona.

Damn. Looks like Dan Williams' stock is on the rise. He might go in the 1st or 2nd round now.

I really like Texas' Earl Thomas. I doubt he comes out but if he does, he's the second best safety IMO. He's that good. You can slide him into cornerback and be fine. I watched him blanket Kansas receivers when he was lined up at CB at times.

He's a hardcore football player. Total "it" factor. IMO he's 2nd round talent.

If I were the Dolphins GM, I'd notice the abnormally weak Wr class this season and look to make a trade or sign a FA Wr.

Antonio Bryant, A Boldin, B Stovall, Bowe.

I don't think Anquan Boldin is coming to Miami. He's just too injury prone now to merit the sort of contract that he wants and the remuneration to the Cards in terms of draft picks will be too high.

The Contract would clearly be an issue, the draft picks not as much as one may think, Edwards was peddled inseason for a 2nd and a 5th? And he is younger and has been healthier (overall, there was a ACL lost season).

I just don't see Miami signing off on a guy who will be 30 by midseason, who is injury prone and paying high draft picks. That's not anywhere close to their agenda regardless of the lack of talent at WR.

    Well away from here
Is that that distinguishing though given the competition. Maybe against someone like Texas tech or Oklahoma State with Bryant and that would likely hold a great deal more importance.

Not saying you're wrong, but just sayin'.........

He is a damn good player.

Maybe Boomer, but keep in mind with Boldin, he plays injured, Boldin is on the "questionable" list but he manages to play anyway, they really valued that with Will Allen.

He was already on the team though. Why look for a player with an injury history?
And it does affect him. He can get away with it somewhat in Zona because of the talent around him, but not when hes needed to be a weekly top performer.

Id MUCH rather go after some of the possible FAs before trading for Boldin unless hes very cheap.
