Anyone else download this on Xbox? I got it the other day, it's basically something Bungie put up to track all your progress through Halo games and a place where they can release information about the series. Also they give out Avatar awards for completion of their games. I unlocked a couple Halo t-shirts and the ODST outfit. Also they are putting out the Halo Legends animated series through there. The first episode was pretty good.
the first episode was only on there for one day for whatever reason. I guess in an effort to get people t buy the anime when it comes out. i didn't hate it. Waypoints a nifty idea but it'd be better suited for a series that has produced more games. theres only 3 halo games on the 360. Theres 5 call of duties, 5 guitar heros, and theres all the sports games too. EA and Activision should be the ones doing something like this IMO.
Not sure if it's better suited but I would love to see Activision make something like this too. Halo has the user created maps, film clips, and slightly better stat tracking IMO. Also they have created 5 or so books and the possiblity of a movie. did not know that, thanks!
