    Nice work dude!

    My only constructive feedback is that the orange text can be a little hard to read on the blue background. Other than that, it looks great!

    you already know my one and only criticism...but thats just a matter of personal preference.

    My fav way to blend is the feather technique.

    Right Click on the Render Layer (Henne in this case)
    - Select Pixels
    - Edit > Modify
    - Feather
    - Play around with the number of pixels. Cuz of the helmet facemask, id try a Feather of 5
    - Select > Inverse
    - Press the delete button

    Give it a shot...

    I really like the background... thats my problem is fitting backgrounds with the pics :)
