Gotta love those Chinese knockoffs. Great price, and they have any player you want.

I'm continuing my tradition (started last year) of putting the best quote from an opposing fan of the team we beat in my Sig. Since we have a bye week, that puppy gets 2 weeks. :hi5:

The Chinese knockoffs for Henne you mean? Or in general?

If you send them an email and tell them who you want, they'll get it for you.

I mean in general. Are you talking about on ebay? Is there a special seller who does them or something? I just search

Yeah, they are, they list all manner of jersey's for sale normally cheaply but with stiff shipping and handling charges.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180419866453&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

For example, I'm looking at a white Ted Ginn in XL, it "costs" 7.50 with sewn on numbers ( a key upgrade for the Chicom knockoffs) however the S&H is 19.00 with a "delivered to your door after creation" caveat in the auction.

The 7-15 days to ship is a tipoff, domestic mail takes 3-4 days if it is in stock, meaning the seller will have to make a batch of them then ship them to the US for sale, the 7-15 days allows them to accumulate orders for jerseys then save on bulk shipping.

Mitchell and Ness are top of the line items and you pay for that quality.

Padre posted some good info. But the knockoffs have been on Ebay for years. They claim to be "authentic" but only go for around $40. Simple logic will tell you that if they go for around $250 in the stores there's no way they are authentic.

    EDIT: Here's a Ronnie Brown knockoff. http://cgi.ebay.com/Authentic-Ronni...ewItemQQptZUS_SM_Fan_Shop?hash=item439accb59e

You can tell which one are complete fakes. The one padre posted is obviously, while the one you posted isn't quite as obvious... But still fake nonetheless.

To the casual fan, it looks real... Actually to most fans it looks real...

The "best" Jersey to purchase, outside of the NFL shoppe, is a autographed one with a certificate of authenticity...I've never had a single problem with those and they really are collectible..

Just don't wear one out in the rain...:wink2:

I always buy a kids jersey, size XL. They're cheaper and they fit me great. I hate baggy clothes. I don't wear shoulder pads so it works out for me.

I found some from Thailand. So they're in on the knockoffs too! A little more expensive(40 + 20 shipping), but they look great in the pix.

If people are willing, I can put together a bulk order, I know a great site that's $40 bucks a pop for jerseys. And considering most of us are in Miami, I can distribute them door to door or mail them and you get them the next day.

Obviously, they are fake--but I can get pix and such to look over. All sports/teams too.

The only ones worth getting based on looks are the Teal Ronnie, Teal Pat White and White Pennington for now.

Yeah, I spoke with a NFLshop.com rep earlier today re; my Marino throwback jersey I just ordered (can't wait!), and he asked if there was anything else. To which I replied that I'd like to have an orange Henne jersey, but they aren't available yet. He then offered to take my order for a customized Henne orange jersey too. He said the replica's usually go for $75, and the customized jerseys go for $99, but he'd knock 15% off (so, say about $85) to get my order. I begged off, but told him I'd think about it and get back to him if I decide to do it.

So, if you really want an orange Henne jersey, and you don't want to wait until they start mass producing them, just order a customizable one like Phinvader Bill obviously did.

It was not a knockoff. It is a reebok that looks just like any other replica you get off nfl.com.

Without seeing it I can't say for sure. But if you paid less than $75 for it, there's a good chance it's fake.

Which one, the Pat White one I displayed?
It's a knockoff, for some reason it's easy to get the reebok tagging in china/taiwan/NYC

Not to mention real ones usually have a better twill for the numbers, and +2 on the back for the tail of the jersey.

Trust me, it's fake. Only thing is that it's a REALLY good fake. $250 for a real one, $40 for this fake? I'll take this fake by a landslide. Their coming from the same country anyway.

I sell jerseys for a little extra money on Ebay. Mine are real. They are the "On Field" jerseys. They are worth $100-$110 at the mall. I buy them from an Outlet from one of those mall stores for much cheaper and sell them at $50. That doesent mean they're fake. It just means that I got them cheaper, so I can sell them cheaper.

But most there probably are fake.

Think I may get an authentic orange Henne for Christmas!! Main reason for the orange is I don't have one in that color. But add to that the win against NY wearing those colors!! :knucks:
