3-0 in Orange, luv them or hate them, it is hard to argue against 3-0. That said, will they wear them again this season? -Yes, Sparano has -0- shame at trying anything to win a ball game, if that means pink jerseys with flowers on the side means a win, then Joey Porter would be wearing a pink jersey with flowers on the side of it. -No, too gimmicky, this is not Clemson, it is the NFL My take is...yes...we will see them again, for a host of reasons, maybe they are considered a good luck charm, and maybe they also boost jersey sales of the players who were not on the team the last time the Dolphins wore them. I kind of like the Vitamin C look at home.
I don't see it. We've only worn them twice before, it wouldn't make a lot of sense to wear them twice in one year. The only possibility would be against the Patriots in December. I'd much rather prefer we pull out the 70s throwbacks instead of the orange uniforms, personally.

And fwiw, I think we will, Ross and Dee are absolutely interested in Marketing the Dolphins aggressively, it may be gimmicky but the more the phins wear the things, the more jerseys that will sell to people like Pat White fans who recall his time at WVa. And to be honest, the throwbacks are not really very throwbacky, the Dolphin on the helmet is different..but not by much, the colors are the same but uniform elements are tweaked a bit. It took a near revolt for Ross to pull away from that dorky TPayne version of the dolphins fight song, even then now it sounds like they play Jimmy Buffet over the traditional song.
Monday night on the pregame show, Shula was really pushing hard for the 72 jerseys to be worn this year. That would be my favorite. Its mostly the stripes on the sleeves that make them look so sharp, but the shade of aqua is a little more blue and I think it looks awesome.

I love those jerseys, but theu should be on special occasions only. This MNF was PERFECT, big game vs a big rival must win for us...we pulled it off. Stash them. If we use them even 2-3 times a year, it won't be the same.
It would have to be a home night game so December 6th against the Patsies would be our only other chance this season. So I am voting "Yes". Why not? Bring on the Orange Pain!!!
I agree wholeheartedly with this. I love the Jerseys, and the whole "3-0" in them thing can be used to get into teams heads. If you break them out too often, it loses the hype, it loses the billing and they just become the same as any other Jersey. I think there's a reason we use those, and have only brought them out three times since they were created.
I say we bust out our throwbacks against the pats and see they they bust out theirs. Good old fashioned throwback game where we kick their butt with a heavy dose of the R&R express.
No, I think it will be a once a year tradition from now on. I see the throwbacks against the Patsies though. The Cowboys wore their throwbacks, so why not.
I love the orange jerseys but we wont see them again for awhile. and I'd much rather see the 70 throwbacks they wore in '03 before the orange again
