Well no team is a good as there look when they are winning nor as bad as they look when they are losing. I will say this, there is -0- reason to keep Charlie Anderson active when he is invisible during the game, Cam Wake perhaps could do more for us.
I don't care about the effort throughout the game, I tilt my hat to a superior Atlanta Falcons teams. What really bothers me is that the coaching staff known for mental toughness and all that nonsense, packed it in with 11 minutes left to play. That's inexcusable. Go down swinging if you're going to go down.
Jake Long is looking like every bit the Right Tackle that certain members told you he was before he was drafted.
That was awesome bro thanks for making me laugh on a gloomy day. It really is gloomy today I think its about to rain cats and dogs here. Might've been a good day for us to play this game here in the rain as it might've stymied the ATL attack.
Our offense isn't designed to be a quick strike 2 minutes drill offense. Now that the OL has imploded, we're not really built for the long drawn out 9 minute drives either.
No luck for us with the onside kick, and thats all she wrote unless the D really steps up. Think I'll watch the end of the KC/Balt game its tied at 24 with 5 to go
Its easy to understand man the COACHING staff has given up. They look at the clock and say no way lets just get out of here (hopefully) injury free.
Nice drive by chad. Confused by the not going for two and then the onside kick Posted via Mobile Device
When it's down to garbge time like this, why not try something outside our comfort zones. Lord knows watching this debacle has been uncomfortable to say the least.
On the plus side, JT can handle the SOLB and Sean Smith can handle being targeted, our D looks good, our Oline looks like cow flop. 4 TO's has made life easy for the Byrds,
Front seven just laying down at this point. They played pretty darn well for most of this game. Offense betrayed them. But it looks like they've packed it in on this drive.
Looks. Its also to problably give the D a breather so ATL doesnt score immediately or maybe stop them from scoring a TD again. Tie-breakers and all down the road...you never know.
