The offensive line should be where most of the blame is going here. They're not giving 2.5 seconds of time and they should be giving 3/3.5 seconds. Long is getting whooped and Smilely sucks so far.
Just plain being.... outplayed today. Atlanta running harder, hitting harder. Just one of those days.
Our schedule is harder. Our left side can't block worth a damn. Our QB's confidence is non-existant. Our pass defense is struggling. We are in MAJOR trouble right now.
Despite how much talk there is by this teams defense, our offense ALWAYS crumbles to teams with tough defenses. We are soft on offense. Plain and simple. Even Diedorf (or Dierdork like some say) mentioned today how TEDDY GINN seemed squimish today. So there you go you Ginn apologists who constantly say he isn't 'scared' to take hits. The damn annoucers are now talking about it. The dude plays scared. Always has. That attitude unfortunately permeates throughout this offense except for one man...Greg Camarillo.
After watching this game unfold, I find myself for the first time since early last season doubting the decisions of our front office. How the hell did they look at this offense and decide that it was good to go? How did they decide that our WR corps was good enough? How did they decide that our O line was good enough? How did they decide that Pennington was going to be able to work behind that O line? I just don't know.
You sir show your ignorance and know nothing look at the schedule buddy... Atlanta Colts chargers Bills Jets Saints Jets Patriots Tampa Panthers. Now on PAPER Atlanta is the easiest I see.. Sure you will say Buffallo, or the Jets im sure but those are never easy.. Division teams NEVER easy. Tell me whos easier on that list? Atlanta's defense was horrible in preseason and everyone thought we could exploit them..
Indeed. We're looking outclassed today. I guess it's going as it should. Dang, Jerrius Norwood was just being covered downfield by Tony McDaniel. Just a microcosm of today's game. They're getting the matchups.
Seems like Atlanta's whole team played with fire and intensity the whole game where Miami only a few did that. Hopefully Sparano will fire them up for next week.
Oh bull****, the Falcons are on a roll, our offense is not that bad, nor is it that good, you lack perspecitve Nelly.
Defense looks like they've still got some spirit left. Despite being put in so many horrible positions by the offense, they've manned up IMO. The offense.....yeah, it looks like they're just out there trying to gain 2 yards.
Sparano will still take them all to Pizza Hut and tell them they all played real good and next week will be better.
Yep, that is two TD's and two 2 point conversions, and I said that 7 minutes ago in game time. So what are you adding to the discussion there hipshooter?
Cant make a pat but he can bomb it from over fifty. Elamer. Ok henne please for just ghe exp. Posted via Mobile Device
Our defense has played pretty damn good. They have been pinned back the whole game because of our poor offense. I'm really confident in our defense, but the offense is horrible. Pennington is proving the critics right, I know it is one game but im ready for Henne
Actually, he's spot-on. I don't know how you can be watching this game and say otherwise. Ginn has even been replaced on kickoffs for his tentativeness.
If I had any say, I'd offer whatever the Broncos want for Brandon Marshall. The Miami offense is in desperate need for a playmaker who can make the game easier for Pennington.
