we added two DB's through the draft in the first tow rounds. One of those guys is starting and the other guy is the nickle back. Can you please giove them more then one half of football before you say they are still a weakness?
They ARE still a weakness. They may develop into a good unit eventually, but if we're already too deep in a hole wins-losses wise by then, that won't do a damn thing for us this season.
When is Pennington ever going to attempt to make a play... I really feel like he holds back this offense sometimes. Even though I know he helps it alot too
Perhaps, more terrible is the lack of flow on offense, for whatever reason Henning has picked up the Ravens loss game plan. We need some completitions in a row to get Penny going

That was really a great play by the DB's. I was completely fooled....twice....on that fake. They stuck with it and Smith almost had the INT.
better field position on the PR then the int......so it worked out well.......not like our offense will do anything without trick plays anyways however
As crappy as we have looked we are VERY much still in this game, we need to make something out of this drive, enough is enough already.
Might have worked out for the better. We'd probably have gotten the ball at the 5 yard line rather than the 27.
Falcos are putting 8 men in the box, they are totally disregarding the pass and it is up to Penny to make some plays.
