If not for Sparano, his ability to inspire the team, and his willingness to mix things up with the Wildcat, Ronnie never gets into that position in the first place.
copout... ok lets take it the next level Without the GM, there wouldn't have been the coach to be put in that position to inspire the team to get Ronnie in that position in the first place... for that matter without the owner there wouldn't even be a TEAM to play the games, we owe all to the owner! And without the owner's mother, that owner would not have ever been born and the team would be owned by someone else who wouldn't have hired Parcells who wouldn't have hired the GM who wouldn't have hired Sparano who wouldn't have been able to put Ronnie in that position... without the owners mom, Ronnie Brown would have been cut and hed be a personal trainer at Gold's Gym Huizinga's Mom [450] + Ross's Mom [450] + they both win, game over!
Are you saying that Sparano didn't inspire the team? Are you saying he didn't have the willingness to mix things up vis-a-vis the Wildcat? Ronnie Brown is important to this team, but Sparano made him a Pro-Bowler...
well im definitely saying Sparano didn't make Ronnie a pro-bowler, thats an easy one... but im not saying he didn't inspire the team, any coach can inspire a team. If you dont have the players, you can inspire them to work 1000000%, but if the players cant do it, it means nothing...
Well, off to NYC for a bachelor party. Neglecting my Ronnie voting duties again.... Keep fighting the good fight men! I'll try and sneak in a few votes here and there, and may Ronnie still be standing Sunday morning. Hell, may Ronnie still be standing tomorrow morning. Oh say does that Aqua and orange spangled RB still staaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand... Drawing a blank on the last verse...
Ronnie Brown [39] +++++++++++++++++++++++ Tony Sparano [411] ----------------------- fixed count from incorrect Sparano total last vote
Sparano displayed everything you want in a HC. Constantly turned roster over to find talent while at the same time motivate the existing roster. Displayed inventiveness. HARD working. Absolutely had his fingers on the pulse of the team. Instilled discipline. Never let the team get complacent - kept them "humble and hungry" as he told them. Knew when to gamble and when not to. Bold, yet grounded. Never satisfied. Saw improvement as the season wore on ... Best job of coaching in Phins world in a long, long time - including many Shula teams.
The Wildcat got Ronnie his Pro Bowl, and Sparano brought in the Wildcat. There you go. Ronnie is a player... One. Sure he's the sexay pick because he's the face of the Wildcat, but one player can't make or break a team. Tony is the coach. He gets all the players working together. A single bad head coach sure can make or break a team. See Cameron...
I'm voting for Brown by supporting our Coach. He puts in the plays and makes sure the O is ready for him to succeed. Ronnie Brown [39] - Tony Sparano [411] +
Ronnie Brown [39] + Tony Sparano [411] - why isn't God on this list? i mean he had to create tony sparano who without him Ronnie would barely be able to gain 1 yard per carry for the entire season...
Ronnie Brown [34] --- Tony Sparano [416] +++ I wanted Jake Long to win it, and a lot of people (now voting for Brown) wanted Sparano over him, so now I'm going with Sparano *******s HAHAHAHAHA
