The cardio with lifting metal all day, and walking 2.5 acres, I can hold my own in a 40 yard dash. The sled gets up and running, and I surprise a lot of younger players.

I'm with you. I can't remember anything. opie drives me nuts changing his so much. Just when I start recognizing them, their gone.
