so it was all denvers fault that the inbounds went to LA, ariza and odom who were both there on both plays have nothin to do with it right ?

they missed 12 FT and still won

 

3 players beat the Nuggets Kobe, Gasol and Ariza. Accounted for 76 points. Odom good for 1 good game per series and George Karl is good for being out coached in the last 2 min every game so expect the Lakers to go back home up 3-1 to close out the series.

You'd think the Kenyon Martin punched Dwayne Wade and the refs ejected Wade from this kind of tone. Seriously bro, this overreaction stuff and name calling is getting old.

Seems to be the consensus if the heat are out. NBA sucks, these playoffs are horrible, the refs are lopsided to the Lakers, David Stern this and that. That stuff get old quick.

I'm not a Lakers fan - actually rooting for Denver to win it all - but really, that's a flagrant foul? At what point does David Stern strap dresses on these players? The NBA is starting to look foolish with all these calls IMO.

I didn't really understand them and I'm not trying to biased here. The K-Mart one was arguable, though I didn't think it deserved to be a technical, but the Carmelo Anthony one? I didn't understand that at all. Unless I missed something; all I saw was Melo pat Kobe on the chest and then them two run into each other. Nothing else.

I'm taking Denver. no surprise probably to laker fans lol but i just dont think they have the heart. Pau, Lamar, and Bynum are all soft come playoff time.

 

I'm a casual NBA fan, but I don't understand all the whining about Kobe getting calls and the technicals on Martin and Melo.

First of all, the Nuggets went to the line like 1,000 times last night. All they had to do was drive and the ref was calling any type of contact against the Lakers.

Second of all, Luke Walton's final 3 fouls on subsequent plays were all ticky-tac fouls that should never be called in the playoffs.

Third of all, Kenymon Martin certainly deserved that technical. We all saw what he was doing by clamping down Gasol's arm.

Fourth, that trip on Kobe was a dirty play, no other way around it. Should've been a flagrant. Kobe had every right to be slightly upset.

I'm not a Laker fan by any stretch of the imagination, but watching Laker haters complain and cry about the refs is tiring. The Nuggets were at the line 50 times last night and people still cry that the refs were favoring the Lakers. Unreal.

 

they really didnt look like they had the heart last night, they didnt want it. Im not sure why the Lakers do that, but they usually follow a game where they look like they dont care with an *** whippin. So Lakers being at home i fully expect for them to go up 3-2. im taking Lakers in the series.

 

I thought Bynum got rooked on that flagrant foul call on Anderson, that was just good, hard nosed basketball.

 

At first I thought the Lakers would beat the Nuggets in 6, now I'm leaning towards Nuggets in 7.

 

I picked Denver to win this before this series so I'm sticking by it. Same goes for Orlando.
