I loaded there cd and no affect. Some of my icons and tool bar are off the screen. I just sent them a email to ask to resolve, but I am open to suggestions as I am tired, and just looking for an answer as to how to fix. It is a Hannspree 20" Widescreen multi-function lcd monitor. Any help would be greatly appreciated as always.

start - control panel - display - settings (for XP)

play with the slider until they look right. i have a 17 inch monitor and i'm at 1280x1024 so yours is probably a higher resolution.

You will need to find the native resolution. My 20 incher monitor's resolution is 1920x1200 so it can be that or less...possibly 1400x1050.

I suggest you to look on the retail box or in the manual to find the native resolution and set the desktop area to that size and your problem will disappear.
