What constitutes "no doubt"? Its a matter of opinion that is different for everyone. There is no way you can legislate "no doubt" as its a very loose directive. does this specific case seem like a "no doubt" case, i'd say so but what about other cases where its a little less clear?
First time I have been able to actually watch Muck's clip and view photogs... This is one VERY sick individual. Hours afterwards, he has ZERO grief. Does he even realize what he has just done? There is ZERO justification on Gods Green Earth to exhault this guy of anything but a handshake with old Sparky. I also wonder exactly what this guy was on as this is happening. I can NOT fathom that any human being would be so ignorant as to not feel remorse for taking the life of a completely helpless baby..... As Mary said at outset, absolutely SICKENING Is the death penalty in affect in Florida? Almost wish this had happened here in Texas, that guy wouldnt be alive another year IMHO.
