There are 16 legacy games this year for the AFL and we have 3 of them

We should wear them for all games. Shadow numbers should have died with the 90s.

I would be really happy with switching back to the throwbacks full time. Too bad it will never happen.

The link does not say which throwback we are wearing. Was there only 1 jersey we wore in the 70's??

The link says stuff like this

Another legacy game has the Dallas Cowboys, wearing their jerseys from 1960 to 1962, at Kansas City on Oct. 11. The Texans and Cowboys shared the Cotton Bowl from 1960 to '62 before the Texans moved to Kansas City to become the Chiefs.

That's pretty cool. Should be fun to see all teams in their throwbacks.

So long as we never again wear those hideous orange jerseys!!! I don't care what our record is wearing orange. We won those games despite looking silly!

I actually liked them. I still think we should wear them from time to time, like once every two years.

Ricky Williams is the only player on our team that was here the last time we wore those throwbacks. I'm looking forward to seeing these games even more now.

Wait Wait... I don't think we will be using the throwback uniforms... PFT article's words:

The eight original AFL teams will be wearing the following throwback uniforms for these games.

Buffalo Bills: From their 1965 AFL Championship season, a white helmet with a stationary red buffalo.
Denver Broncos: From their 1960 season, a brown and yellow uniform with brown helmet.
Kansas City Chiefs (Dallas Texans): From their 1962 AFL Championship season, a red and white uniform with a red helmet featuring an outline of the state of Texas.
New England Patriots (Boston Patriots): From their 1963 divisional championship season, a white helmet featuring the original Patriot logo.
New York Jets (Titans of New York): From their 1961 season, gold and navy uniforms with a navy helmet.
Oakland Raiders: From their 1963 season, a white jersey with silver numbers outlined in black and a silver helmet with the original Raiders logo.
San Diego Chargers: From their 1963 AFL Championship season, white pants with a yellow lightning bolt down legs.
Tennessee Titans (Houston Oilers): From the 1960 season, a blue and white jersey with red accents and a blue helmet with the derrick logo.

The article didn't mention anything about Miami so I am assuming that we wil not use throwback unfiorms.

They're all so similar it's not really a big deal for me, since I'm too young to remember the subtle variations from decades ago. It'll still be cool to see them, but it's not like the old Jets yellow and black outfits which are radically different than their unis today.

I think, (think is the key word here), that I read a while back that the Dolphins are going to be wearing those orange shirts again in a few games.

    Again, I'm not sure

Says people who have access to the style guides months before John Q. Public ever hears about uni changes. The orange jerseys haven't been a part of the Fins style guide since 06, but have returned. Which makes Mando a douche bag. Again.

A big difference is the placement of the dolphin in the logo on the helmet.
