What do you expect from a barfallovereverthing site? They are nothing more then haters. Any one who doesn't think Marino is on the list of top QB's all times is simply blind.

It's understandable why Marino isn't on their list. Marino Torched them on a regular baisis. They prob can't stand Marino. Besides when have you ever heard of a unbiased Bills fan? All the cold and snow warps their minds.

tom brady? please a guy that played on tainted superbowl teams and played with other teams signals for 7 years?

and sammy baugh? they put his name on there because the old timers say "he was so amazing" even though the people who make these kind of lists never seen him play

marino should be top 3 easy he is #1 to me but to have him out of at least the #5 is an injustice lol

Any top 5 would have to include Marino. Where he would be in that top 5, I am not sure.

    Don't forget Jim Kelly.
What would you expect from a Bills site? One of the most prolific QBs of all time and they put people on their list because they had a famous name, not because they were better than Marino. Your right Marino did use to torch Buffalo, but he actually used to torch everybody thats why every team in the league feared and respected him and his abilities.

I watched that "in their own words" with Marino the other nite, and even on it they said that Marino was the best pure passer ever.

But what also I did not know was that Shula encouraged him to call the plays on the field from the beginning, he had that much faith in Marino. And he may not have been the mobilest qb, but he still was nimble enough to avoid a lot of sacks or a fast release to avoid it. He said on that show that he thought he had excellent pocket presence and a sense of where they were around him and how much time he had to get rid of the ball. Said himself he was not the most nimblefooted but that he usually knew when and how to just step to the side or turn a little to make the rusher miss...
Let Buffalo say what they will, We know the truth here...t

Ah what a shock.. Billy fans still dissing Danny..

Kelly girl had four opportunities for a s-b win and he flat out choked..

In a lot of people minds Marino didn't win a championship so he doesn't deserve top 5 or 10 status..
It is curious that a big percentage of those type of opinions are coming from all of his rivals in the AFC East!

What else would you expect from a moron like TK?? He knows NOTHING about football or its history, hence why he sounds so stupid on MNF.

I really don't think one should include pre-merger quarterbacks. It was a very different game back then, like comparing apples to oranges. Guys were throwing 12 times a game back then.

West coast QBs get their ratings inflated a bit, sometimes by an extra 10 pts, then non-West coast guys like Marino. That hurts guys like Montana, Steve Young etc

Marino's career rating was heads and tails above other QBs of his day. Thus far, only Manning and Roethlisberger are on track to be in his league.

And Marino was better than Favre. It look Favre longer to break the same records, and he set the int one along the way.
