Well guys. I can't thank you all enough for the thoughts and prayers. In another 45 minutes or so, he'll be in surgery for over 2 hours. Everything should be fine. Thanks a million guys

The surgery went very well. He's not really moving or talking yet, but the doctor said it went well. They used a big robot arm to do the procedure. Very sci-fi looking. Now he's just sitting back on a lot of drugs and antibiotics.
Wow...can't believe I missed this. Even though the surgery is over, positive energies your dad's way bro. My dad had it too, and beat it. So can yours.

Sorry I am late reading this thread Mike and sorry about your dad... Just wanted to post this and it makes me happy that so many prayers went your father's way... Hopefully....nope, sorry...he will fully recover and get back to his normal self... My dad was thought to have the C stuff on his prostate over 10 years ago... thank God it turned out negative after his surgery... It's amazing what the "power of prayers" can do... Nardo...
