are you married? if yes, then try getting a divorce. take it from me the stress alone is guaranteed to drop a solid 15-20 in 6 weeks. seriously though, it all starts with small changes in your life. maybe changing thought patterns or deciding to eliminate/reduce something that is normally in your diet. good luck.

Weird morning ... rolled to work in a light drizzle, and it was pretty close to pitch black outside. And yet, inexplicably, I'm in a good mood.

 

Weekly Sales Meeting today. Get in at 7:30, had to drive in the dark, got here and meeting was canceled ready to go home.
