I was sold the chair by an Achieve Mobility rep here in Springfield. Two days after I took delivery, he told me he had just been laid off and the Springfield office had closed. So now the closest service office is in Champaign, 90 minutes away. They had damn well better drive here.

The ride isn't affected at all right now. I have seven spokes, and only one of them is cracked ... so far.
