Not an option for me, with my panic disorder I have to stay away from all cafinatted (spelling ?) foods and beverages. The sugar in the honey (I don't use maple syurp) I put on french toast or pancakes will make me all jumpy this morning anyways Add a cup of coffee and I will be bouncing off the walls

Interesting. I've been known to have panic attacks if I don't get my coffee. Speaking of which ... brb.
