Draft Tek, one of my favorite draft sites, currently has a poll going regarding a possible trade down.

I'm actually a little disappointed with them as I think including two divisional opponents is pretty poor. I voted for the Raiders although I'm not sure any of those scenarios looks likely. Would Oakland really be that desperate for Sapp Jr.?

Making trades during the draft is very difficult and they are easier said than done. I'm not sure if we'll find any takers, but I'd be willing to listen. I really wouldn't care if the team we were trading with was a division rival, you can't worry about who the Jets, Bills or Pats are going to select and then draft with the idea that you are going to block them from picking someone or select a player because you don't want them to get him. If they're willing to give up the necessary picks, done deal IMO.

    With that said....

The Jets might look to move up, but I don't think that they would be willing to pull the trigger because they have alot of needs too and this is a pretty deep draft.

The Raiders are interesting, they could trade up for Dorsey or C Long.....or they could stay where they are and pick Dorsey or C Long depending on who we take. I wouldn't be surprised to see them pick J Long at their current spot. I'm not sure they would want to pay #1 money two years in a row, so they might stand pat.

The Pats don't need McFadden and I expect them to try to trade down as well. JMO though

It will be tough to trade down, should be interesting come draft time.

Agreed. It's a lot tougher than people make it out to be (unless you want to get ripped off).

Neat site by the way.. I don't see anyone trading up to number one at this point... it is a little early, lets wait until the senior bowl and combine for some player to just wow someone. Then you hope that TWO teams are bidding for that specific player, hopefully a quarterback as they are generally the ones that teams trade up to the #1 spot for. The reason you need two teams bidding is that the Rams are at #2 and they don't need a quarterback. So you get one team putting a deal in place to move up to 2, then you get another team trumping them to move up to one... a far fetched scenario, but just trying to point out the difficulty of Miami moving down.

I like how the Jets would give up a first rounder in 2009, but Dorsey is an impact player so they might get better...heck, I think they'll take a QB instead of Dorsey. But still, they're in our dvision, and that's not good.
