Having two computers now in our house so we are not fighting for computer time, and can be on our favorite sites at the same time as we are now.
No brother. I basically use my computer for ThePhins, sports, email, Job hunting, YouTube Videos, and my IPod.
happiness is knowing you've got great beer/liquor in the fridge. right now i am miserable. happiness is getting free things. right now i am happy.
Dude the old broads at the places they dance (remember Chippies are a 70's thing, only old broads follow them) wouldn't care, as they are all liquored up. You'll look like Fabio to them
Looking for work from San Diego to Los Angeles if I can take the train. I have to stay in this area due to my father in law having Alzheimer's. We have to stay close to help my mother in law out because sometime in the future we will probably be living together for help and support.
Happiness is... Backing up everything on a 6-year-old computer, doing a system restore while reconfiguring the hard drive and bringing an old computer back to serviceable life instead of paying for a new one--just cost me $190 for the 1 TB USB drive to save everything. We have 4 machines in the house, one for everyone--it is needed.

Tough situation as I know that one. I am my mothers caretaker and I have to just about forego any kind of private life right now. My older brother is not much help and its up to me to take care of her, as she cannot live on her own. Keep working at the job hunt, something is bound to come up soon. You know we are all praying for you.
You are a great son for taking care of your mom. It is hard to think back 2-3 years ago my father in law a big strong construction contractor that has build many beautiful buildings, and houses, to where he is now. It makes you appreciate your health every day that you have it. Prayers and thoughts to you and your mom.
And here I was, thinking "Woot! An existentialist debate about the true quiddity of hapiness" and it's just John gleefully announcing to the world that he can now follow Norv Turner's downfall without the missus knowing about his secret man crush
Thanks bunches bro. I never thought I would see my mother in this state either. She was always the strong one in the family, the one that whethered all of the bad times with her chin up, and never let any of us down. Now reduced to adult diapers and a walker, and my having to clean her 4 or 5 times a day, well its humiliating for her.
You know my prayers and thoughts are with you John. May the Lord shower you and your family with a multitude of blessings, you deserve them.
Thanks Debby.....we have to do what we have to do. I'm not complaining. Hey she wiped my butt for me when I was a baby, now its a son's duty to do the same for her.
