Lets take a look at this, shall we?

Dave Wannstedt- Coached the Chicago Bears to losing seasons before eventually becoming HC of Dolphins (based on Johnson recommendation)

Jim Bates (interim)- Coached 0 HC years in NFL.

Nick Saban- 0 Years HC in NFL.

Cam Cameron- 0 Years HC in NFL.

    Anyone see a trend here?

Can we possibly get a new head coach, this time one with experience? I prefer Schotty or Cowher, please...Maybe with a side of Parcells?

The one with NFL experience did the worst.

I don't want a 9-7 team. So Schottenheimer and Parcells are out. And, quite frankly, the Steelers were given a Super Bowl.

Jason Garrett or Josh McDaniels if Cam is replaced.

I would take Dick Jauron in a heartbeat right now

I would be very down with Garrett

Do you see where this leads? Nobody is going to 100% happy with the coach. The masses just agrees on one thing.

    Fire the current coach!

That becomes - Fire the next coach!

Then you can realize your dream.

You are the Oakland Raiders. ;)

No, the Raiders didn't do the right thing. The Raiders let Jon Gruden go. That mistake was HUGE!

It was everything after which was a mistake. The old man is crazy.

Jason Garrett? Are you serious! Come on, the guy is just the next flavor of the month, like Saban and Cam were.

    NO REAL SUBSTANCE

He was a back up QB for years until he got a qb coach job with us, and is now an OC for Dallas. There is no reason he should be a head coach in this league yet.

I'm so sick of us getting first year coaches. Can we find someone, ANYONE who has a winning record as a head coach?!?! Are you guys missing the point here? Inexperienced coaches have ruined this team and have led us to what will soon be the most embarrassing team in the history of the NFL.

I'm sorry, but if there is any reason to fire a coach in his first year, it would be for going 0-16. Which Cam looks like he's about do do.

Even if he stays, he's lost the respect of the players on this team. He's not getting that back anytime soon.

Huizenga needs to admit he made a mistake going with a rookie headcoach who is way waaay over his head, and do what he should have done all along. Find an experienced, available head coach to lead this team to the playoffs.

That is an opinion. That is an opinion based upon two veteran players shooting their mouths off just this week. Those two players were brought here by Nick Saban. Nick Saban refused to rebuild. He was choosing to retool slowly. The present system is a full scale rebuild.

Keith Traylor has no future here (and he knows this).

Will Allen has no future here (and he knows this).

Look at the roster. Look at the youth. Skip right over the players with 10 years or more. They are gone before we will ever win again! They know it too.

O' hell no. I think Shell was trying to bring back rule blocking. What a mess.

Three years later....One year left on an overpaid contract.

    4 years - 12 million.

I doubt one Dolphin makes the pro bowl. If they do, the game is a sham.

No players over 10 years will be here? I doubt JT or ZT is just let go. If Huizenga does something right, let em retire here. I would feel differently if their production was not there, but you see what JT does in the right set up, see last year Def MVP. And you see that Crowder is no replacement for Zach. If you get players that can take those two guys outta here, then fine, until then, they are the best we have and should stay.

    Cool!

I've been a member here for two weeks. Of course there is less than 30,000 members here than Finheaven but I have already found reason enough to put at least one person on ignore. I like that feature. It's peaceful. I think I'm going to use it when Finheaven comes back online. It will help me tolerate the main forum. I checked in so infrequently the past year, I didn't know who was who.....

me neither....i hid in the VIP forums....well worth the money, IMO. Great talk without being inundated with the same crap over and over again after it's been disputed a billion times or the same transparent trolls who never go away as much as they just change names.

you don't want Parcells (I agree, but simply because I can't stand the guy), but you want Jason Garrett?

What is Jason Garrett's qualifications anyway? Oh yeah.....running a good offense built exclusively of Parcells' players.

Um...every head coach started without head coaching experience. Since Wannidiot is the only one with experience was he better than Saban, or say, Shula when he first started?

Also the 2 guys you mentioned have 1 Super Bowl win between them, in like 30-40 combined years of head coaching.

The only trend I is see, is emotional distress leading to an irrational post.

P.S. Including Bates to prove your point is also pretty dumb.
