Yeh, right there with you. Last night was the first night out of all this week I actually got a good nights sleep. Getting up at 6 sucks.

We never got any here in Westchester (west of the Gables). My outdoor thermometer only got down to 36º, so we escaped the freeze, but came darn close to it.

My rose bush and bonsai plants are safe.

 

thankfully yes.....had it warming up for 25 minutes so it would be nice and toasty when i took zach to daycare....

sidenote: i am home for lunch....and god i dont wanna leave, had a hungry man for lunch and im ready to pass out....im friggin exhausted!

Rule of thumb, if I see you wearing one of my "teams" I am going to comment about it. If you act snobby I might very well ask you to remove the article you are wearing so I wont feel as bad about stomping a mud hole in you.

Yup, he goes to Hershey PA once a year for vacation. Doesn't post a lick. I think it's in August.

 

I go to Hanover New Jersey...and its in April.....

Publix subs FTW!

 

PHILLY SUBS > "publix" subs BY FAR. I haven't had a publix subs nor do I know what a publix is; but the subs from around here will not be beat.

Also; PMZQ, what kind of bonsai do you have? I tried to do a conifer at one point but killed it. I used to go to school at Longwood Gardens and their Bonsai section is amazing. The attention to detail and care these plants require is amazing.

Actually I must confess I am but the caretaker of my friend Frank's bonsai collection Anlgp. He is a trucker these days, and is hauling cars between Detroit and Dallas/Houston for a dealer. He is here for about 4 or 5 days once every 3 months.

His collection contains about 40 trees.....including a 3 junipers, 4 or 5 buttonwoods, 1 pine (douglas fur I believe) a rosemary tree, a jasmine, a Bahamian Pepper, and a number of others. I'll get some pics of them and post them on this thread

 

I always thought it was '**** the world.'
