Whether the the Raisins win or lose won't change the fact that the Dolphins are already eliminated, so I won't feel any better.

It sure works for me. I've been a "whacko Flacco" fan since way before he was drafted! ;)

Chad was on his way to being an elite QB before he tore his shoulder up. Flacco is a caretaker at this point. Cam protects him. It's worth noting that the only times the Jets made the playoffs in the last 7 years was when Chad was playing. Same for Miami. That's a fact. Has Flacco even completed over 50% in the playoffs yet? I don't think he has. Let's see what happens if Baltimore falls behind. Let's see how things work out for the mighty rookie then. Matt Ryan found out what a challenge it is to actually have to do something in the playoffs. And he had a better season then Joe Flacco.

As far as the bold goes, I say put Flacco as starting QB for Miami and watch him win maybe 5 or 6 games. It's easy when you have a defense with hall of famers playing behind you that is great at forcing turnovers and creating points or a short field and a top running game for support.

I can't wait for Miami to win the east again with a tougher schedule next season so I never have to hear this easy schedule crap again. They had an easy schedule in 07. It didn't help them too much.

The Dolphins are the only team I "cheer" for. My second favorite team is whoever is playing the jesters. Since neither of my favorite teams are playing...I'll enjoy watching the stretcher bearers carting off Mavens all day. Pittsburgh v Arizona would have some good story lines, but I would think McNabb is due. I doubt Az beats Bmore if thats the matchup.
Nothing is going to make me feel better about losing to the Ravens til we face them again, and beat them like a pair of rented bongoes.

Flacco did do 60% in regular season. If he were here in Miami, then we would know exactly what we have in Ted Ginn, since many have excused Ginn for not having a deep ball QB throwing to him. Anyway, the kid id a rook and th only one to ever win a playoff game.

I am glad the Ravens are done.....I get tired of Ray Lewis's on-the-field dances and crap. I hope the Cardinals win it as the Squeelers have their 5 SB rings.

He just had the worst game of his career against a team he's already played twice. The difference yesterday was that he was called on to make plays. The defense can't win every game for you. He's a good QB and all but the idea that he was better than Pennington is a joke at this point. Stronger arm yes, better, no.

Ed Reed gained my respect after he beat us. But after he twisted Chris Johnson's back after the play was over, he lost all of it. Every single bit. Making a play is one thing, Trying to twist the kid backwards is another. He's just starting his career, how are you going to do that?

I don't recall anyone saying he was better than Penny. The ideal situation for us could have been taking Flacco in the second as was doen with Henne. Then Penny comes along and would have made it as good aas it gets. Sure, Flacco had his worse day yesterday but the has done something no othger rookie QB has ever done. Plus being a projected 3rd stringer, he wins the starter by default, did well and didn't lose his starting job. Not too shabby in anybodies book, I'd say!! ;)

I hate to say it but some of them look like they really are trying to hurt players on purpose. I know football is violent but some of it looks excessive even for football.

The proof was in the game,,,,,,,,,,, thanks for showing us you didn't even see it.

Dirty is dirty bro and that was dirty even if they were playing in a prison football game.

Same with them taking out Johnson after the play was over.If your team didn't get dirty there the game was going to be over soon cuzz he was making your D look like a joke.

he did not punch ronnie brown... who knows . ronnie brown could have been talking crap and that would have made suggs give him an extra shove.

johnson was making our defense look like a joke. we were tired played 17 weeks straight since our bye which wasnt even a bye week.

johnson was still fighting for the first down which he was right by so reed had to make sure he didnt stretch forward. please

its tough football.. maybe the tuna will teach you guys about it if ur lucky...

i dont wanna start smack talking but hey u ur the one starting it. im gonna defend my favorite players

I don't get all the hate for the Ravens.. yeah there's some questionable characters in that group (I'm looking at you, Ray Lewis), but they're a hell of a football team. I love the way they handle themselves out on the field. They're a very large, very mean and very tough group. I wish that one day in the very near future our Dolphins will develop that kind of swagger and attitude on Defense. Historically, this organization has fielded soft teams that get pushed around by our division rivals late in the season. That changed this year, and lets hope the FO continues to keep that ball rolling into next season.

By the way... kudos on a great season, Ravens fans.

PS - Speaking of dirty, Ryan Clark is a scumbag. The Welker hit earlier this year was fine (he didn't lead with his helmet), but that shot he put on McGahee was a joke. No place in the game for garbage like that...
