Not to mention a very very solid Reciever. With the loss of Camarillo, I was really concerned about our Offense becoming nothing but Wildcat Right, Wildcat left. Of course that is not the case and I think Bess deserves as much credit as anybody. Here's to hoping Ireland and Tuna find a few more of these Diamonds in the rough
I have to agree that he's really done well...I didn't expect as much from him...I would still be concerned about him having to last an entire season, but all he has to do now is get us thru 3 more games....

I really expected it from the way he played even early on he looked as if he only needed the opportunity. He has become really solid!
During his freshman season @ UH he was putting up some jaw dropping stats, but I wasn't quite sold on him yet. Up to that point in the season I only saw him on tv & my opinion was that he was very quick and shifty but not fast. Then I finally went to a game that season and I quickly realized this kid was special. The game was against Utah St. On one play (jailbreak screen to Bess), the man literally juked the whole defense out of there jockstraps on that play! That play was amazing! Needless to say I have been a fan of his ever since. When my wife told me that Miami signed him I thought she was pulling my leg. When I confirmed it, I almost did back flips! Bess has been fantastic when you think what an undrafted WR should be doing, after no WR's were even taking in the first round of his draft year. He will be a key part of Miami winning for the next several years. I just love the way he keeps playing all the way up to whistle is blown for the 3rd time. His ability to read the D-Backs will take his game to the next level over the next 2 seasons. Then we should see a WR that just gets open underneath and moves the chains with yards AFTER the catch. WOW how did this kid not get drafted over some back-up tightend or fullback that did not make it a week in training camp. Teams just put to much on the 40ty time with WR's... b/c everyone knows he has great hands and runs with the ball like a mouse running for his life from a hungry cat. THE KID JUST MAKES PLAYS...he is a PLAYMAKER. Cannot wait to see him play in 2-3 seasons. People like to compare players to each other. I just think in 2-3 seasons he will be the name being compared to not the other way around. He has that type of skills...just needs the EXPERIENCE!!!
