The games in both Minneapolis and Phoenix are not sellouts, despite both getting a 2nd extention for the blackout rules.

To further my assertion, made many times on this board, that the NFL has a hard-on for the Dolphins, why was there no extention given our fan base back in 2000 ????? Yet both of these franchises got not 1, but 2 extentions ???? How is that fair ?

Its sad when fans can't even support their teams in the playoffs. :pity:

Its about as sad as when Dolphin stadium was almost empty during all the losing years and now all the fair weather fans are back in waves.

Do we know for a fact that we were able to get an extension in 2000, or that we even applied for one?

I remember that we asked for one, and it was denied by the NFL. It was big news down here in Miami. Actually for me it didn't matter, as we were the one game on ABC and I had access to both the WABC and KABC feeds on my DirecTV.
