    Slightly left of center
They are starting one right now, the bigger question is can THEY FINISH IT?! From the way this team played after going 4-4 to start the season to win 7 out of 8 to finish it, yeah they've got just as good a chance as anybody, they are relatively healthy, playing their best football at the right time, and they have NO pressure. They have already overachieved. I don't think they let the Ravens fly off into the sunset with a victory Sunday, and Pittsburgh may be vulnerable, theyy're pretty beat up.
We are so due, and the little story lines add up almost as big as the Jest game. Only victory in 07 vs the Ravens, They knocked us out of the playoffs in 01 and we haven't been back since, Cameron, the QB's, it's all right there for the taking. If we get a plus 2 turnover margin, we win.

Whilst it is possible we're a team built around taking advantage of our opponent's errors whilst not making errors ourselves.

Once you get into the playoffs you can't feast on opponent's errors as a legitimate path to success. In order to be successful in the playoffs you need dynamic difference makers, and whilst we have some (e.g. Ginn Jr, Porter) I don't see us having enough contributors who make you say "Damn, how the hell did he do that?" to get deep into the playoffs.

that's what i like about this particular group of guys. we are unpredictable in our playmakers. it's not neccisarily one guy making the plays each game. when porter showed up quite in the jets game, merling comes up with a big play. when ginn dissapears then bess steps up,when brown isn't having the best of games, cobbs pulls off a monster return on kickoff duties.

it doesn't matter to me if the guys name is joe peezy or charlie anderson as long as someone is stepping up. thats whats making it so difficult to game plan for the phins..throw the wildcat in there and it's keeping d-coordinators up for 3 days.

as long as we can keep our play free of mental mistakes i.e penalties, poor throws and we execute the plays correctly we can go deep into the playoffs. we have plenty of difference makers.

Last year that would have scared me, too. BillickBall would have meant the players would be thinking easy win and looking ahead to Tennessee. Harbaugh has them firmly focused on the Dolphins and nothing else.

    As it should be.

As I've said in the last few days, I have a bad feeling about the Ravens.. That said, we might even have an easier time of things IF we do get past the Ravens...but it just might be a pipe dream anyway....

The bad thing about how far we've come this season is now, among most of us fans, our expectations for next year will be at a fervor level before the season even starts...

In 2006 the Ravens were 13-3. Going 5-11 last year was a nightmare.
