my same sentiments to the "panther fans" here in charlotte.....they tell me they rooted for the dolphins but wanted to root for the home town team....so i ask them if charlotte expanded and got another team (ala: ny, fl, tx) who would they root for then??!? friggin bandwagon d-bags just wanting to wear the same jersey as everyone else

 

Tis true. For example, one of my co-workers is a die hard Texans fan. I asked him if he was an Oilers fan before and he said no. But he insists that he is a football fanatic. Needless to say, it stunk like a rotten fart.

First off, if you are a diehard football fan, chances are you have strong allegiences to a franchise that didn't start up in your mid-40s. Unless you are a girl, or just discovered football, you are a ship jumper and cannot be respected.

And Casey is right, no way he was a Browns fan and then became a Ravens fan. Its just not possible.

If he is young, than he is in the clear. If he is an old timer who was a Colts fan turned Redskins fan turned Ravens fan, he is a johnny come lately who lands one rung below Jets fans. Okay, maybe one rung above...

Jet fans really are terrible.
