Well they say that the Pro Bowl is a popularity contest--no doubt this is a case as ever.

    Brett Favre a reserve.
Jason Peters a starter! He's been downright AWFUL this year. AWFUL.

Ronnie Brown is a reserve at RB. Joey Porter is a starter at OLB.

    Here is the full roster.

In memory of our former warriors.... I feel bad seeing Zach not make the Pro Bowl. (JT, whatever)

He is at the tail end of a wonderful, inspiring career. I hope Canton considers him once he retires.

Sucks that Long didn't make it. Can't say he deserved it but if he didn't Peters definitely did not. Thomas hasn't been great at all this year. Roos has been very good.

jake long deserves to be in. hes having the same year and impact on our line that joe thomas did last year. to select peters over him is a disgrace. i love ronnie but i thought slaton could have gone. ronnie has the touchdowns and the work he has done in the wild cat to justify him in

Wow, all I can say is that I hope Farve getting in really pisses Pennington off and gives him some extra motivation for our showdown.

Can someone tell me what the point of a "legacy pick" is? I thought that's what Canton was for. Apparently a legacy pick goes to the player with the most commercials and tears. Brady Quinn must of been damn close to making it.

Jake is probably pissed too, if he wasn't already.

Something tells me Pennington couldn't give a rat's ***. He knows the Pro Bowl is all about popularity and not production. He'll be plenty motivated to send us to the playoffs.

    Jake Long got completely shafted!!!

    Ronnie got what he deserves.

    Joey got what he deserves.

Reggie Wayne has no business being in the Pro Bowl. And neither does Peyton Manning.

    Philip Rivers? No love?

    Calvin Johnson? No love?

Matt Ryan? No love? Eli vs Ryan is a tough call.

Guess you can cross off Ryan as MVP, don't see how you can be MVP if you can't make the ProBowl. Maybe they should just give it to Favre.

Calvin Johnson not making the Pro Bowl is a complete joke... That dude is a complete stud, even if he's on the Lions...

I'm very proud of Ronnie, I know how I much he said he'd be honored if he was selected.

    CONGRATS RONNIE!

    some quotes from our selections...

    from Joey Porter:

"Any personal success I have achieved is because the defense has played so well. I have had the opportunity to make plays because of how well our secondary has performed, along with the defense as a whole."

    From Ronnie Brown:

"I am honored to have made the team but it’s because of the guys around me. This is not about me, but about our entire offensive unit and I wish they all could have gotten the same recognition.”

awesome for them to both say that the other guys on the team had as much to do with it as they have. Total team effort!

Gotta love this from these two guys. At least we have one rep from each side of the ball.

Can't believe Farve gets in while the best Qb in the AFC sits at home. IMO Rivers is having a heck of a year. Even Pennington deserved the nod over Favray.....
