What a turnaround for the Phins between last year's couldn't buy a win team, and this year where we have a solid chance at the playoffs. What do you think was the biggest change? DPM man-sports.com
+1 for Parcells. I'll add proper off season drafting. That could be traced back to parcells, though. The attitude change as well. Probably Parcells again. I don't think there can be enough attributed to what the man and the guys he brought in have done for this franchise.
A competent front office. As opposed to the bunch of monkeys trying to **** a football we had in here for the past decade or so.
Parcells and the rest of the staff are going to be the picks, which I agree with, but I'm going to go with a good conditioning program. Last year, we lost six close games and I think a big contributing factor to those losses was the lack of proper conditioning. Guys were winded toward the end.
Parcells is the obvious (and correct) answer. If I had to point to a player, it would be Pennington, hands down!
Good conditioning can be traced back to the staff. The reason we didn't have this same conditioning last year is because we didn't have the same staff. So you pick parcells too I'm just joshin' ya.
Three key changes: 1) A coaching staff that knows what it's doing. 2) A competent QB 3) Not having to compete against a Tom Brady-led Patriots team for the division (as we have since 2001).
