   We have gone through many changes this year already. We hired a man to put us in the right direction and we have a general Manager to make things better. Put Tony sparano in the picture and we are still uncertain. On paper we are good to go but not all stories play out.
   
   By July 1, 2008, what top 5 things do you expect the team to acomplish in order to be a powerful contender in the coming years?
