Man...I aint gonna lie, I just got completely spanked. The worst loss I have ever had. And I was completely cool with, ok not really, but I was dealing until the fourth and my opponent up 31-0 is running a hurry up offense on me. I mean beating the hell out of me is one thing but intentionally trying to run up the score on me is disrespectful. Maybe its a generation difference, I dont know. Then taking timeouts when I am trying to run out the clock and get this embarrassment of a game over with, just blew my mind. I mean dam... If I get my a$$ kicked I get my a$$ kicked. But I cant be disrespected like that again. And I took the advice about blitzing him, and he still did the same stuff on me. I couldn't complete a pass to save my life, I couldn't stop anything he did. It was embarrassing.

ok, i found a way to watch play by play of your friends games. from the main menu go to XBOX LIVE -> MY ONLINE -> GAMECAST then just hold LT and hit down once and it will show any game with someone from your friends list. it took a minute to load all the data for me, but its pretty cool. you can watch 4 games at once. it shows the box score, the time, and down and distance.

Its all good man...I just dont take losing well... But who does, you know? I just cant believe you beat me THAT bad. I dont know what happened. I cant stop the long bomb, and the playmaker thing you do with Edge gets me everytime.
he didnt get me with the edge thing until the 3rd time we played. i didnt even know he was trying to do it. lol. i manually blitz my DE from the right side, that seems to end any shot of edge doing anything. EDIT: let me rephrase that. i rarely blitz. i just rush 4 guys. if you send more than that, you better hope hes running the ball, or is completely blind.
yeah I understand, I got nothing against running the clock and winning the game but I just like playing close games to help develop my closing out game skills because I can't anyone wanna play?????
UM, what happened? Did you D/C on purpose? There wasn't any lag the whole game. Then it just freezes and says my opponent left after I got a big play. I may not have tied it up. Don't ever give up. There's been tons of times where I've been facing an impossible situation and miraculously got the lead. But if you give up, you will never have that happen to you, especially if you give up while youre still up by a TD.
i feel for you then. if i could give you the win, i would. you played really good that time. finally showed more than one dimension to your offense. and your defense was more stable too. those 2 fumbles in the redzone killed me. i'm going to tell you something, and it may come back to haunt me. after u stripped Figurs on that long 4th down pass, you should have stopped throwing it deep and just focused on short passes and runs. u need to work the clock when its a close game and theres only 3 minutes left. throwing deep lob passes is just begging for a user pick, which is exactly what happened.
yeah the first pick was an accident because I couldn't remember the route and I thought fitz was coming back LOL the second time i couldn't find no one open didn't want the sack
honestly i cant even remember. i just remember that you beat me with that crazy westbrook play, and the next time we had 3 disconnects in a row. perhaps someday i will pwn you again.
wow. now i know for sure that theres a DC glitch. i went into the east lobby and requested a game and played the first guy that challenged me. he used the pats, i was the cowboys. i pwn him on the first drive all the way down to the 1. then he gets a crazy int where the ball went through my players chest into his safety's hands. i stop him on 4th and 5 after a long drive. then i send barber on a playmaker deep over his underneath coverage down the left side. i score a TD with no time remaining. then he scores a bomb to moss into triple coverage where all my defenders crashed into each other in mid air going for the pick. he goes for 2 and barely gets it. so i take the ball and ram it right down his throat all the way down the field and take the lead 15-8 with a 2pt conversion. then i force a fumble from welker on a screen. with 3 minutes left i have the ball in FG range and he has 2 timeouts left. i run it three times and get a first down. THIS IS WHERE HE TURNS INTO A CHEATING LITTLE *****. First of all, there was lag the entire time i had the ball in the 2nd half, but only when i had the ball. So anyway, he pauses the game then 10 seconds later the game freezes for a few seconds, which is typical for someone who pulled the plug on the connection. But normally you get the option to continue vs the CPU. Not this time. The option to continue appears on the screen, but i cant do anything. My controller doesnt work. I cant open XBL messenger, I cant doing anything. So I had to restart my xbox. It didnt give me a loss, and it didnt give him one either. I hope this doesnt become standard practice for losers who cant man up and take their losses. It makes me mad because I wasted so much time playing him, and would have gotten quite a few skill points because he was at pretty good. Makes me want to hire PI to find the guy and slam him in the balls with a sledgehammer!!!!!
Umm you know it's just a game right? A game that runs on a console that sometimes just freezes up? I've played at least 3 times with TheQuestion and had the same thing happen. Blame the game not the opponent. Posted via Mobile Device
its a game that i have played A LOT of times. this has never happened this way before. im gonna google this and see if i can find something. maybe theres a counter, or a way to unfreeze it.
I think it's a glitch, but could be wrong. I went 2-0 in the league tonight. I beat En by a TD. I had 5 picks, beat him by 1 TD... I was bad. Or Ben Roth was. Overthrowing wide open guys for INT. I beat UM 17-14 with 2 sec. left. His D was ****ing great tonight. Reminded me of Gish. It was a defensive battle. I must of punted 6-7 times. Luckily My D came up big and I made enough offensive plays. BTW Gish, tried your base D, using my own player audibles, worked great. I need to fix my Offense though. I've been found out.
the weakness of my defense is stopping the run. but i actually want teams to run the ball on me. most people think that after they have a couple good runs, that i'll adjust and leave someone wide open. WRONG!!! i play the pass on every single down outside of FG range. as soon as they go to playaction, BAM!!! huge sack!! no more run, end of drive. i love being on defense first, because i feel like if i stop someone one time in the first half, then I will be winning or tied at halftime, and I get the ball first in the 3rd quarter. I love defense!!!!!
I cant beleive Hines friggin Ward was left alone.......21 seconds left after I just came back and tied it...boo...... I'm on a 3 game losing streak in the league.
Yup... Listen to this. I go into the EAST lounge and say I want a game. Some level 24 guy (like 200 wins 84 loses ranked 905) guy challenges me. I accept. 1st QTR: He takes all 5 min up. I had him stopped on 3rd and 10 with his first 3 downs, he got a lucky pass to get 11 on 4th. He then starts running tosses to Marion Barber. I let him do it, use your advice. 2nd QTR: He takes up an additional 19 seconds. Scores on a QB sneak. 0-7. I get the ball, throw a 40 yarder to Brandon Jacobs. I score quickly with a pass to Kevin Boss. He runs a shotgun pass to Barber (that little > play). I pick it. I score again, I’m up 14-7. He then throws a big deep ball to Austin, eventually scores with Marion Barber (14-14). I get into my 2 min offense, I drive inside the 20. I throw a pick. I accidentally threw to X when I wanted Y. He gets to my 35 on another Austin deep ball. I sack him and force a fumble. I do not recover. he’s now on my 46. I get a sweet pick, get to his 40’s. I throw a corner pass to Burress. He broke 1 tackle, TD. HALF- 21-14. 3rd QTR- I get the ball to start. I end up in 3rd and 16 (sacked on 2nd). I’m around the 50. I throw deep, get picked. It’s as good as a punt. He throws another INT. I bring it to his 14. I end up scoring on a run with Ward. (28-14) So this where it gets weird. He presses pause. My screen freezes for a sec. It stays on pause for 20 seconds. It says my opponent disc. *****... I send him a quick XBL message "pWn3d." Just to tell him how I'm feeling. He writes back "ooops sorry lol. Didn't get a win?" we exchange a few more messages throughout the 4th. I finish the CPU off 35-14. He’s implying that I won’t get a win because he did something with a disc. I check my profile, I get a win. He only gets a "disc" (I assume that's as good as a loss???). But yeah, I think there is a disc cheat Gish. Maybe it didn’t work this time. Maybe I’ll log on later and It will take back my W. I dunno. Point is threefold. 1. I pWn3ed a lvl 24 2. Your D works well. 3. There probably is a disc cheat.
ive never seen a win get taken away after it was awarded. but that sounds like what happened to me. he probably just didnt get it to work right. when the option to continue vs the cpu appeared on my screen, it froze my xbox. i couldnt select any of the options. the guy you played has only played with 5 teams in his 304 games. The Cowboys, Eagles, Giants, Jaguars, and Steelers. im gonna try to trick him into telling me he has a DC glitch. im gonna send him a message offering to sell him the DC glitch. if he has it already, then he'll probably message back that he already knows it.
i wrote to him "i got a dc glitch, will sell for $2 on paypal" he wrote back "show me in a non ranked gm then i will buy" i wrote back "dont have time to show evry1, $2 is cheap - already more than 500 happy customers" no reply
ok get this. ive won with every team except the rams, 0-2 now with them. well im down 0-17 after 4 FUMBLES in the the FIRST HALF! I get the ball to start the 3rd quarter, and I score in 4 plays to make it 7-17. i stop his feeble attempt to run the clock down and get the ball back very quickly. I get down to the 3 yard line, and knew for a fact he was using man coverage and was gonna score on this play. as soon as i snap the ball, the connection to your opponent has been lost. Automatic loss for me. I want to headbutt an innocent little orphan right now!!!! I WILL WIN AS THE RAMS IF I HAVE TO DIE TRYING!!!!! But for the love of santa claus can the FUMBLES PLEASE STOP!!!! EDIT: i had at least a 17 game win streak going too.
