Yeah, Quinn can make the throws, he has some mobility. The Browns are not a physical team, that is their problem in a nutshell.
I haven't been watching Padre, so I don't know the answer, but how can he look good and have a completion percentage less than 50%? Alot of drops?
And alot of blitzes were he just is trying to get the ball out of the pocket. He's still green as grass though, blitzer up the middle and you can see his eyes turn into dinner plates from NC...he is going to have nightmares about Kavika Mitchell...
I've been saying he was a checkdown king since his first start, but since they were winning, nobody thought anything of it...folks just sat around wringing their hands b/c we dind't pick up "Trent Edwards - The Next Great NFL QB" instead of John "Checkdown" Beck. Edwards is going to be an allright QB, but he's small potatoes.
B Edwards should have made that catch... All I can say is that the we have the worst ST coverage units in the NFL..but the Browns are trying to catch us.
BTW, the last time we played the Bills CB McGee was picked on constantly and successfully, he's gotten better since then. Boy the Browns are just...wimps...
God the Browns D is terrible. Whoever teaches tackling should be fired immediately. The DBs didnt even try to get in on the tackle on that Lynch run, they just stopped and sat around twiddling their thumbs as Lynch busted through the LBs. What a horrible team, and Buffalo isnt to much better.
Quinn has a good drive going right now, they are at the Bills 40, 2:00 warning and 1 point down... AS bad as their ST is, they may want to think about running the ball at least once...
Wow...the Browns coaches need their heads examined, they have leftthemselves a 56 yd FG and the Bills have 1:39 to go and one time out. They should have run the ball at least once to make the Bills burn that TO.
