    2. HTC Touch
Products and services / digital PCS / handsets / HTC P3050 - TELUS Mobility - Ontario

    3. HTC Touch Dual
Products and services / digital PCS / handsets / HTC Touch Dual - TELUS Mobility - Ontario

Also, here's the list of my provider's full range of smart phones if you feel im looking in the wrong place to begin with.. products and services / digital PCS / data device - TELUS Mobility - Ontario

I have a Blackberry Pearl....worst cell phone I've ever had. I'm on my third phone in 14 months. The rollerball on the first one packed it in making the phone almost useless so my provider sent me a new one and the O/S crashed and burned within a month, I went through a tiny bit of hell trying to reinstall the O/S before getting another new phone.

I'll never buy a Blackberry product again.

That said, how is Telus to deal with? I've been on Rogers for almost 5 years and I HATE them. Getting through to customer service is a joke and their stores offer no support what so ever the second you walk out the door with your phone and contract signed. Their customer service is so poor I've actually considered buying out the remaining 1+ of my contract just so I can get them out of my life.

In all honesty, telus has been awesome for me. I left Bell in a fit of rage years ago.. I've been with telus on their Mike network ever since. Thats about 5 and a half years or so now... They've sent me a "gift" ($25 gift cert for amazon.ca) the last 3 years now at christmast time, they've called me twice this year to review my account, and offer me bundles to save money. Theyve knocked about $20 a month in total off my bills with those bundles, they gave me 25 free long distance minutes a month back about 6 months ago for my loyalty... and get this... just last wednesday they called me, and for my loyalty again... they're knocking 50% off my next bill. So long story short, I couldn't be happier with them. Theyre network here in ontario is pretty reliable for service etc... Im not sure about your area though, but I've had no problems.

Thats kind of why I wanted to ask this, I like the pearl, something about it appeals to me. I don't like the look of the HTC phones... but someone had mentioned to me about their friends Pearl being a disaster of a phone as well... Thanks for your input!

No chance of a Palm-Treo instead of the Blackberry?

Both my wife and I have Treo-750's and absolutely LOVE them. They run on Windows Mobile which has been pretty solid, although I have never been that high on Windows, and the infamous 3-G that the I-Phone is promoting so hard has been with our 750's for over a year.
Love me some Palm Treo

I have a Moto Q, it's not real fancy or anything but it's a solid phone. It's slim too which I like. Of course, you can't go wrong with the new touch Blackberry. I bet that phone is gonna be awesome.

Products and services / digital PCS / handsets / HTC Touch Diamond - TELUS Mobility - Ontario

I have this the Touch Diamond on Sprint. Its is the same on Telus. It's easily the best phone I have had, the Touch Pro should be out soon which has a slide-out keyboard. It does everything and more than the touch, plus has a 400-800 VGA screen, which is beautiful. It's not nearly as easy to use as Iphone but when you get everything working like on mine its a beast. If you need anymore details about it PM me, I have spent much to much time with this phone since I got it.

Get the new (out soon) Blackberry Storm. Coolest phone EVER

Here's an article on why it's better then the iPhone:

    Here's what it looks like:

    Here's a cool video:

You'll have to switch to Verizon, but it's ok because I'd give my right testicle for this phone.

Id look at it for sure, but chances are when it comes out, its going to cost a fortune. I think phones and rate plans are insanely expensive here still compared to in the US... paying over 200 bucks (which id guess it'd be priced at) and having to sign a 3 year contract, is a little bit crazy for me. afterall, its a stinkin phone.

and this isnt directly related to your post...
but Im really leaning towards the HTC Touch Dual right now... Ive read through some lengthy reviews on it, and the whole windows mobile thing appeals to me, because its familiar... it could be the route i end up taking.

    thanks everyone
