Minnesotta's D Coordinator has in interview on Monday, but Sparano's was today. It's not really a suprise if it's true, seems like some smoke and mirrors for the Rooney Rule, gotta CYA.

    I believe it.

We all knew Sparano was the likely coach. We will put it off so we can interview Frazier.

the Frazier interview will make it a non-issue

I don't think the Rooney rule dictates to whom and when the job is offered

the problem might be if Frazier decides not to interview because of this report

yeah, the only other defense is we offered him the job today, pending us interviewing and not offering the job to Minny guy...if that is the case do you want the job? type stuff...LOL

Sprano coached at New Haven so there may be a leak there but I dont think we will find out until the Cowboys are out of the playoffs.

if Frazier gets bent, then we will just bring in Bowles or Carthon

Likely true. The other interviews could be useful in filling other coordinator positions.

Exactally, this Administration seems to have its ducks in a row.

Peter King just said he thinks we get him on NBCs postgame show.

If this is true, PFT is going to have a field day with this. Lets hope they still go ahead with the interview with Frazier.

someone wrote that NYG's QB coach Palmer is the heir apparent

not exciting, but we need an OC to avoid Sparano getting bogged down with play-calling a la Cammy

I think Haley is still under contract with Arizona as their O Coordinator, so we can rule him out unless it's as HC.

I don't know too much about Palmer as far as being an OC. Anyone have any more news on this guy?

Sparano was probably offered the job before Parcells accepted the Miami job so this is no surprise. Cant wait to see who is being brought in for our positional needs. If we get Ryan as DC I'm going to kiss the fattest ugliest broad I can find and spread the love

That would be a possibility. I'm still trying to find out how long his deal was for in Arizona, he signed it Jan. 25th of 07, so I.m sure it was a 2 or 3 yr deal.

I know he was the QB coach that worked with Romo when Parcells was in Dallas, and got hired away to try to work his magic with Eli.

Growing legs and I wish someone would break the legs off the story concerning MEshawn coming to Miami for any other reason than to enjoy the weather this time of year.

I hope the team can keep it all under wraps until we interview Frazier. I don't want to hear the media go on and on how we didn't abide by the Rooney Rule.

Well said, it's strange that after a 1-15 season, we could feel so positive about the direction of the organization. Now if the impatient ones will give it time. News Alert, we probably won't be in the super bowl or playoff's next season, maybe or maybe not the season after that, but good times they are a coming. :ffic:
