Not sure how this was compiled, but if it's accurate, we got trash value for our draft picks since 2022 relative to the rest of the league. On the other hand, Ross may have done well to pick a personnel guy from the Packers, who are ahead of everyone else. Hopefully, Sully can work some of that magic in his new home.

We're in last place because so many of those picks were a bust or we let them walk away in free agency.
I believe there's only 3 current players: Achane, Austin Jackson, and Sieler who were on the 2023 roster. Considerable turnover. A good, necessary thing, IMO.
I might be drinking orange (and aqua) Kool-Aid, but I still think there's potential for the last couple year's picks to produce. Actually, we need them to show significant development on those rookie deals to avoid filling the Sunday afternoon candy dish with Prozac and Lexapro instead of M&Ms.
Pat Paul seems to be solid, which is funny because it wasn't a very popular pick. Malik seems a good depth reciever. Chop had a bad regression after a decent rookie season. The 2025 class has some promise, especially Grant and Phillips at DT. But man, pretty much everything prior to last year is a wasteland from Charles Harris to the devastating misses of the Tua draft. We had four - FOUR - top 40 picks and ONE is still on the team and only because he took a big pay cut and will likely be gone next year. The one good player (Hunt) we let walk in favor of crap extensions for trash.
