I’ve been advocating for years for just a super scout at gm when you have a built in cap guy in shore.

Sullivan has won the Barts award twice in his career which is a scouting award given to the best scouts by scouts.

that made me happy.

 

The good thing about being a know-nowt limey over in the CRUK (Communist Republic of the UK) is that I don't get hung up on semantics, simply because I don't know enough about these guys to do so. I will say though, aside from the boring infighting and the slugfests that some threads descend into, there's a wealth of knowledge to be gleaned from this forum at times. Every day is a school day.
