Agreed, Grier is and always has been the main problem. Tua is a serviceable starter/backup, but he is not a franchise QB which is what we drafted him for and gave him the big contract for (stupidly). He could be a franchise QB in the arena league with smaller fields and domed stadiums, but not in the NFL.
