    Worst Grier move was picking Tua, Austin Jackson, and Noah Igbinogane in the first round of the 2020 draft, when he could have drafted Justin Herbert, Justin Jefferson, and Jonathan Taylor instead.

    Honestly, how do you blow THREE first round picks!?!?! It's almost absurd to think about. And that was a good, deep draft as well.

    This. All of this. Regardless of how bad McDaniel might be, Grier is absolutely atrocious. It's absolutely stunning how magnificently Grier wastes picks and picks garbage guys.
