    Let's goooooooooooooooooooooo!

So outside of Cam Ward, Travis Hunter and Abdul Carter, who do you hope falls? I would love to see Mason Graham lining up next to Sieler. Just a dominant pair of interior guys to go with our edge crew. Would love it.

Anyone you feel nervous about? Will Johnson and his injury concerns just don't do it for me.

I’m so over booing Goodell. It’s so tired.

PS. Don’t want Will Johnson either, but he’s such a Grier pick.

Agreed. But after that press conference Grier seemed like he was questioning himself a bit. Wonder if he zigs and just takes a solid player who loves playing and doesn't come with a pile of injuries and risk. Based on pure talent, Johnson shouldn't be available, if he is the reason is because other teams are deeming him a risk. We will see what Grier decides.

    Cam Ward, no shock.

Jags moving up to #2 for Hunter (I assume). New regime coming out firing.

Giants take Abdul Carter. I am happy neither Hunter nor Carter make it to New England.

Will see if the Giants turn around and work a trade for Thibs or not.

Well there goes my hope for a slide lol. TBH I see 13 as being wide open. I suppose Barron has to be considered the favorite if he makes it.

Loveland going above Warren, could be good for us if a team wants to slide above Indy for Warren.

First (mild) surprise of the first round. Might be a good opportunity to trade back, as you said.

Fingers crossed they don't miss out on whomever they targeted. Ideally would hope for a trade down so we can get a quality guard or CB and an extra pick

Kenneth Grant. Don't mind it, though some may see it as a reach. He's a BIG dude but moves well, can be disruptive. Booger McFarland says ceiling is Dexter Lawrence and I'd agree. Needs to keep his size in control, but he will be a good pair with Sieler and is a big presence on the DL.

Wish we could have traded down, but I suspect there just wasn't much in the way of deals.

Should be a day one starter just based off of our need at the position. Football is won in the trenches so I don't hate the pick.

    Watched alot of Michigan football.
Not a good pick to me.
Mason Graham was the talent on that line.
We should have went corner or traded back.

They were both very good. Reminded of the Clemson line that had Wilkins and Lawrence, both are excellent pros. Graham is more disruptive and got the higher pick, but Grant can be a force.

Hoping he has the Big Chris Effect where he makes it easier for those around him. Just like when Wilkins used to push the middle allowing everybody else to get the stats. If we get Chubb and Phillips back healthy, they (along with Chop) might feast with Grant in the middle. Sieler, too. We needed this and now, we need somebody on the other side of the ball who can similarly do the dirty work that makes everybody better.

I don't think we went wrong with this pick. Sure,, Tyler Warren was the guy I personally wanted, but I think Grant was a good pick. We've solidified our DLINE and I hope we double down in the 2nd with the offensive line. As usual there are people that are going to hate the pick just because they hate Grier. I'm not a fan of Grier either, but at least we're prioritizing the areas of need.

What are the chances we get this ramsey deal done to get some day 2 or day 3 picks? Or are we stuck with him

If we trade him before June 1st we have to swallow a massive amount of extra dead cap space. So probably better to wait, since we’re probably only getting like a late pick anyways.

I really like the Grant pick. No complaints there.

Would be nice if we could grab Trey Amos in the 2nd round. Doubt he will be there, but with Will Johnson still on the board… maybe Amos gets pushed down.

For awhile now, based on who I thought would be available, I actually had Grant as my top choice. I would have like it if they could ave traded back and got him later on. DT is also such a glaring need. I figured the top Lineman would be gone and I wasn't thrilled with Cambell anyhow, but I would rather they had kept Wilkins when they had the chance and used this pick on one of the other many needs. However, it is what it is. These picks are really for the future and hopefully, the next regime.

I wanted them to take G, Donovan Jackson in the 2nd, but he went 24th to the Vikings.

Zabel and Loveland were my other two choices with the first pick.

Ali the top DT have been chosen so it's good they got him when they did. A Quality NT might not have been available. No CB's have been picked so could it be a CB if someone slides to us? I know the O line.

    They should just keep Ramsey.

    Barron and Hairston are gone.

High likelihood we take CB or G, both should have value players available and both are needs.

Keeping Ramsey would be nice if they can work it out, just feel it's odd timing to announce they are working on a trade then not to do anything until June. Just don't say anything.
