“Heading into 2025, and we’re really just waiting to get a call and they'll see what teams are talking about,” Howard said on the latest episode of the Dive Bar Podcast. “I'm open to playing for anybody. It’s on them though. I’m still healthy, still staying in shape, still working out and stuff like that.”

"Howard didn’t play at all in 2024 after being released by the Dolphins in the offseason in a move heavily influenced by cap considerations".

Not sure how he didn't get picked up by someone last year. Until recently, he was a top-3 corner in the league. There has to be quite a story behind the story, something that we don't know or wouldn't guess.

The last couple of years with the Dolphins were plagued by injuries and an obvious fall-off in play due to age. We should have traded him after the 10 INT season since there was no way he was going to play up to the contract that he was asking for. We could have gotten some great draft picks for Grier to squander.

His play fell off a cliff, but there was more off field reasons why teams wouldn’t touch him with a 10 foot pole. I guess he is now hoping teams can’t remember 10 months ago and do no research?

Google ‘Xavien Howard ‘revenge porn’ and see for yourself. No words for that kind of sick behaviours .

Oh wow, that's lower than low. I don't know how some people in this world become so entitled to think that they can treat someone like they're not human.

I'm instantly no longer a fan of the guy and could care less what he did on the field.

I think any team who would have been interested passed on him last year because of this and that's why he's still looking for a home. It's one thing if you're a star in your prime and it's another if you're best years are behind you. Howard isn't worth the drama being in the tail end of his career. He's trash.
